Your initial appointment will last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and will include a full consultation and medical history which will help to form a more detailed picture of your treatment needs.

The next step is an initial treatment, during which gentle pressure will be applied to your feet and any sensations that you experience will be recorded. All of this information will then be used to create a full individual treatment plan, tailored to your specific requirements.

All follow-up treatments will normally last for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. All treatments will be conducted with the client fully clothed, apart from the feet!
