After completing my degree in English and Social Studies in 2004 I pursued a personal interest and undertook a diploma in Personal Training, Nutrition and Sports Massage with Premier International. This resulted in a position in a local gym where I worked for over a year, training clients on both a one to one and group basis as well as instructing exercise classes and running sessions.
I then decided to utilise the skills which I had acquired at university and took up a position within a large corporate environment before taking up a post within a not-for-profit organisation based in Leeds. Throughout this time, I have remained committed to health and fitness, lead a healthy, active lifestyle and continue to develop my skills and knowledge base.
I trained at Jubilee College under the expert guidance and tuition of David Wayte and gained a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am a registered Reflexologist with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), which is the best and most respected organisation for Reflexology in the UK and has government recognition.
I provide a holistic approach to health and through my fitness and massage background, I am also able to offer guidance on exercise and diet which are essential for overall health and well-being.
